1.2 Overall equipment configuration
This machine uses Panasonic servo motor and driver, Kunlun state 12 inch industrial control touch screen, electrical accessories
with China famous brand Chint. Automatic phase during equipment operation, the central position of the product can be
automatically adjusted. Molds are made of powder high speed steel. The appearance is stainless steel, the total weight of the
equipment is 2.5 tons, which ensures the stability of the equipment in high-speed operation.

can not affect the production in an emergency. The tension controller works primarily through coils, coil static powder clutches
and magnetic powder brakes are automatic devices that control the input current and change the output. When the coil is not
energized, the input shaft rotates, the magnetic powder is pressed on the inner wall of the clamp ring under the action of
centrifugal force, and the output shaft does not contact the input shaft. At this point, it is idle. When the coil is energized,
the magnetic powder generates a magnetic link under the action of the magnetic field line, so that the output shaft and the input
shaft become rigid and rotate, and slip when overloaded. This is the working state. So as to achieve the purpose of transmitting
torque. The tension controller consists of a magnetic powder brake and a clutch. According to the different loop, it can be
divided into open loop, closed loop or free loop tension control system. According to the monitoring method of different coils, it
can be divided into ultrasonic, floating roller, tracking arm and so on. The stability of tension control is directly related to
the quality of slit products. If the tension is insufficient, the raw material will drift during operation, and the finished paper
will wrinkle after slitting and rewinding. If the tension is too great, the raw material is easily broken, which will increase the
end of the finished paper after slitting and rewinding.
